I've worked at Flagship for well over 10yrs now, and I can honestly say it's the best job I've ever had. The wage is great, the hours are handy, and the perks are fantastic. Free on-site parking so no messing about looking for a parking spot. The owner have been very good to me over the years, especially in times of need. Keep your head down., do your job and you'll have a good job for life.

Full control of the design and dev process. You learn how to speak to clients.

Can be stressful when having to push for design sign offs and you're unable to get a hold of the clients.
