Pros
There really is no upside, no dramatics, it's just that bad. The best thing is when they leave you alone. Otherwise, anything they meddle in becomes an instantaneous disaster.
Cons
Everything about this company is a NO. Horrible communication. Passive aggressive. VERY short-sighted. Absolutely no care for basic human decency or things that any competitive and savvy employer in a post-pandemic world should focus on. There simply is NO culture. It's a complete boys club with a bunch of finance bros and misinformed middle managers that make decisions in a vacuum and expect others to read their mind.
They have been buying up companies just to make a buck and are DESTROYING once thriving, amazing companies to work for in the name of their P&L so they can turn a profit.
When people leave, they do not replace, then at random fire people while expecting those that stay behind to pick up the slack. All while cutting benefits (thus pay/overall compensation) and generally being miserable people to work with. Overall, they leave a path of destruction and it's bewildering how they even keep their doors open and operate given the absolute cluster the work environment is.
