-Quarterly reviews, they provide the employee the opportunity to give feedback but it seemed that it would always be taken negatively. Your reviewed was based on how you represented the core values as an employee. If you did poorly in one category you were told to shape up by the next review (in three months) or be terminated. I felt this was a short amount of time to be able to fully improve. This made it very nerve-racking, you never know when your last day might be.
-Team managers were rarely available (meetings all day long). This made it difficult for them to provide the employee with the tools they need to improve and succeed (to get a better review next time).
-Getting help with an issue/problem was hard to come by
-Condescendingly asked why you did something the way you did if management didn't agree with it
-On-boarding new employees was a task that was discussed many times but never agreed upon so it made it difficult for new employees to get started on a good foot.
-Below competitive wage compensation
-A great deal of pressure put on you for tasks being done exactly on time and if you've gone over the time you are met with silent shame.
