Pros
They have a lot of opportunity for someone who has a background in sports medicine. They look for personal trainers, chiropractors, massage therapists and many more. You learn something new every day and when you have a passion for this field, it doesn't make work feel like … work!
Cons
Incredibly deceiving. I applied for this position thinking that this was a receptionist for a chiro office. Once I got invited for an interview, I was told there was a lot more opportunity to move up within the company by taking on this position. I was told there was going to be a lot of hands on clinical experience working with patients based on my experience in the field. After my interview I was told I was part of the 20 who got interviewed out of 119 applicants. Four days later I got called for a second interview, for which I was then told I was part of a group of three who got called for a second interview. The next day I got called with a job offer to start in two weeks. Each day I was given mixed messages from my supervisor. There was an emphasis of pressure put on me to "prove that you are an asset to the company by bringing in more customers, we need to be able to utilize you or else we aren't making money" while also saying "don't worry we will train you on everything you need to know". One week later I was let go from my position because I was told "We just don't have the work for you". Based on my experience working for this company, they say they exemplify good morals, but in reality appear as a start up company who is only concerned about making more money.
