      Pros

      Self development Building strong relationships Management Flexibility Trust from employer Being young and ambitious I was keen to get going and impress the boss which he noticed, soon enough I was promoted within 6 months

      Cons

      Pay is low but that's to be expected Staff numbers are low meaning not much backup Job can get repetitive if you don't show enthusiasm to do things differently

      Pros

      I loved my co-workers. The boss is a great person.

      Cons

      Sometimes it was understaffed; the placing of the daycare next to the yoga place was a poor choice. Also, the pay is pretty low.
