They constantly try to do right by their employees and customers.
My peers all have raw potential, and the company has great managers that are able to see that potential and develop staff further from club to corporate.

Upper management does not communicate properly or take ideas from the demographic they are wanting to cater to. Toxic work environment when it comes to hitting KPIs no proper training and development just told to hit the number or else. Even though you hit the goal to make money it’s never a great job it’s just a do better next time. No celebrations no acknowledgment for going above and beyond goal targets for the month. Force you to follow a process that most guest/members don’t enjoy and if you don’t you get in trouble. Health benefits are absolutely atrocious. They don’t even have this website updated correctly because Patrick has not been CEO for 2 years.
