Great exposure and a very public role. Markets keenly follow analytical commentary. Can add brand value to your resume. Good work life balance.
Cons
Pathetic bonus. Average benefits when compared to peers. Disgustingly low pay - probably even below Moody's and S & P. Zero stock options. The French like to keep it all for themselves. In short the place cant be a long term career option. Get the name on yr resume and then get the hell out.
