Pros
Great environment, great culture, great people to work with, flexible with hours, so so selection of shoes, events are really fun. Great as a college job or even first job.
Cons
Pay is bad even for an assistant manager, no more run for advancement when you get to Assistant Manager, you will give everything to the company and they will treat you like crap, no commission.
