      The ownership are caring and paitent. Good people who are flexible if you communicate and are honest.

      Cons

      No health insurance no 401k Pay is inconsistent due to weather, lack of sales, ect.... low commission. Base salary isn't enough for a family.

      Owner operated, really depends what franchise you’re in as it differs. A lot of flexibility and a lot of cold calling
