Pros

The hours aren't bad. M-F typically.

Cons

Here we go. The first paycheck I received was my biggest, that is because my first week of training I was paid hourly. After training, you are paid by commission. My rate starting out was 30% of each completed job. Sounds ok at first... except we work in two man teams normally so now you split the days total between two people. Also, jobs are underbid which can really hurt your production for the day. Now, not all jobs are underbid. Our franchise offers power washing as well, and these jobs are typically bid out pretty well. My partner and I were hired around the same time and our boss told us he'll get us trained on the power washers. It's been four months and we haven't had the opportunity to train on the on them. Instead of us getting cross- trained on the equipment, he'll give the other more experienced crew all the cushy jobs. You'll be working in the elements. In the heat and cold. You'll also be working on ladders, in garden beds, on uneven ground. Lots of wasps, bees, spiders. On hot roofs. It's exactly how it sounds, you clean windows for crap pay.... pretty terrible.

Pros

One of the most fun and enjoyable experiences I've ever had working. Great group of people, including management.

Cons

Typical small business issues, nothing that wasn't resolved promptly.

Pros

Owner operated, really depends what franchise you’re in as it differs. A lot of flexibility and a lot of cold calling

Cons

Sales are treated lesser than admins,
