-- Some teams have decent managers who will go to bat for their employees -- Pay is decent, but adjustments rarely if ever keeps up with cost of living

-- Terrible onboarding and training for new employees. -- Teams are largely unorganized and poorly managed -- Internal career mobility is near nonexistent for a vast majority of employees, regardless of performance. -- Backwards sliding culture when it comes to work/life balance -- Benefits (401k match, time off, bonuses) are not great
