Terrible place to work - Anonymous employee Fiserv Employee Review

Layoffs are every 2 years. Raises never happen. Management and VP's suck. A lot of micromanaging there. Mickey Mouse could do a better job. Training is terrible and benefits are worse. There is no room for advancement although that is not what you are told.
