Cons
Weekly 3 days in a office. Not advisable for freshers since most of them here are old and legacy applications. It's based on the team where you are landing. Don't have employee perks here Providing higher salary for less experienced while recruitment but refusing to provide package compensation for existing employee even though they are deserved and experienced.
