Unable to adapt to the new IT work model - Senior Software Engineer Fiserv Employee Review

Based on the current communication from upper management (11/1/21) working remotely will NOT be readily available in the near future, Even though the productivity and quality of work remains at or above SLA's, it does not appear that there will be any change to the pre-pandemic corporate culture or work model. Working remote will not be part of the new norm with Fiserv unless a medical exemption request is granted
