1. Lot of negativity in organisation 2. No job security 3. Exam is also going nowadays for all associates, no clearity if associates get failed. 4. Lot of leaves , but when u ask to get those, manager denies 5. Tools like sapience which track productive and non productive hours, management asks to do 8 hr daily and for that you have to either continuously move your mouse or pressing keyboard keys and for that u have to do 14-15 hrs. 6. Old technology, no management to upskill yourself on latest technologies. 7. Talks are going on for new tool like blue Optima to monitor ,how much code you are committing. 8. Lot of politics. 9. Micromanagement
