Pros
Most of the people are good to work with, the benefits are pretty good if you look at the whole picture which most people miss. Flexibility in hours in the office depending on position.
Cons
I know that you need to make money to survive, its the sole purpose of owning a business. But salary is low while expectations are high. Work/Life balance suffers depending on position. Environment is negative due to all the unhappy people.
