Pros
For the most part, it is a safe place to work if you are content with "getting by." The workload is manageable. The benefits are decent.
Cons
Fiserv excels in mediocracy. The company is almost entirely reactionary and really has no vision to speak of, no leading voice in the industry. Advancement is next to impossible, unless you know the right people and never make a decision on anything that you may one day be held accountable for. Management is nascent in the skills of managing people. Pay is below market. If you are over 50, watch out. You are on their layoff list.
