      Pros

      Currently undergoing a huge DataCenter consolidation project to migrate 100 sites into 4. Also currently defining the Corporate IT Teams along with roles and responsibilities. It's good to get involved from the start.

      Cons

      Low pay. Pricey benefits. Nepotism. Sr. Management that is penny wise and dollar foolish.
