- good pay benefits and happy working culture. - technology oriented company.Lot of focus made by management to increase technical skill set of team and individual - Less work pressure compared to Service Oriented companies. - Colleagues are good and always ready to help with good intentions. - Smart people in industry and lot of learning in technical aspects.
Cons
- Fiserv India , works more like service organisation instead of product based company. - lack of Infrastructure. - Lack of proper communication channels/forums to make your voice heard. - 0 Onsite. - Less salary hikes. - They charge for parking. - The food coupons amount deducted from your salary and are manadatory , irrespective of if one uses or not. -
