Pros
This is a really amazing supportive environment. If you are willing to put the work in, it is rewarding and can be really fun. You build amazing relationships and the company has created a really helpful community
Cons
Most of the job is great besides the amount of driving and schedule changes. Can’t fault the company for schedule changes because instructors and kids get sick etc. They do the best they can with the given circumstances. It is exhausting work and requires tons of energy. If you’re thinking of working here be mindful of that if you are also a student.
