This company is all over social media and attends industry functions marketing itself as having a great culture and full of resources. They put the cult in culture. You could be a poor performer but if you are a cheerleader for the company, you will be protected. The initial training/onboarding is limited to learning about how to sell their ancillary services. Any training for your actual job is via taking online courses through their "university" or on-the-job. My supervisor had to create their own resources. There is no support from leadership despite what they say. Leadership will lie to you and don't like to respond in writing.
