I’ve been with the company for several years starting as an administrative assistant. The leadership team has been patient and supportive in the growth of my career letting me take on several roles in the company before deciding to take on the role as a community manager. With their help and support, and the ability to mentor with top managers, I was able to gain confidence and skill that has led me to be the proud professional I am today. If you’re looking to work with a company that has a great culture, is supportive of their staff, with opportunities for growth then FirstService is the company for you.
Cons
My only feedback is that managers should be able to have a hybrid work schedule. While there is flexibility and the company encourages a work/life balance, I just wish they could I coordinate a work from home schedule for associates.
