      Benificts,pay,life insurance and secured building

      Cons

      Benificts are high, do not treat every department equal,retaliates if you go on vacation or have time off, discriminates against women and has no respect for their employees.

      They take good care of the office people

      Cons

      Field workers are second hand citizens. Nepotism by language. Promote people that don't have the skill sets to do the job. The people that have the common sense to be leadership at this point don't want the responsibility anymore. What does that say?
