New CEO YY is practical Flexible hours, no PTO open vacation Some nice and very intelligent people
Cons
Politics. Those that are good at BS are rewarded with better pay or promotions. While the ones who are really doing work are rewarded with more work from the lazy ones. Former CEO Kept failing sales team on too long. They were bleeding the company.
