Pros

FirstPort are pro's at recruiting people and then treating them awful

Cons

I would highly advise anyone NOT to work for this company, they are corrupt, do not follow procedures, they are raciest and unfair. They do not stick to their values, and have a LOT of cases with the employment tribunal

Pros

Excellent Chief Executive who 'walks the talk'. Good training, great benefits in a fast growing company with plenty of opportunities.

Cons

I don't know of anything I could report

Pros

The people I met within the company.

Cons

If you care about your mental health, avoid this team. Management has clear favoritism creating an unfair work environment. Any concerns about this are dismissed and care for mental health from the senior manager is non existent. Staff turnover is extremely high, 6 people have left the team in the space of around 12 months. That alone should tell you everything you need to know. The company as a whole is not great, with changes to processes and systems every 6 months, high turnover of directors and no clear direction of what is happening within the company.
