      After jumping through hoops to secure an interview - First Mind decided to send a "Dear John" style generic email saying they were not proceeding with my application. After reading the review on this company I am relieved.

      Young staff within the wider group

      Cons

      - no training - was lied to about the job - was left without management after starting 1 month in - terrible pay, zero benefits - no flexibility (no wfh etc..) - shady business and leaders - inexistent support - inappropriate leadership

      - 12+ work hours. - Awful management. - Shady business, always working in the grey areas. - Bonus does not match the effort.
