The firm is filled with great people from top to bottom. There is a work hard mentality with management ensuring a fun, collaborative environment.

The only real negative is something that is prevalent in the entire industry. There is a difficult in upward career mobility inherent in small partnerships so this is no different.

Partners are all very nice people. Good office.

Culture does not promote intellectual candor. Very hierarchical / structured (similar to consulting/banking). No mentorship. Below market pay.
