      None at all. Don’t work here.

      Cons

      This company hides under the cover of being great but it is not great at all. Very start up kind of vibes but they don’t tell you that until after you start. The reviews are spot on. Gaslighted from day one with expectations but no direction whatsoever. No onboarding, training, support or guidance and no exit interview. Pto accrued slowly and not able to work from home even in an emergency even when the job can be done from anywhere.

      Pros

      This company has some amazing benefits for employees, Management is very honest and takes work/life balance seriously.

      Cons

      Unfortunately because this company has to comply to government policies in order to maintain good standing, DEI has taken a hit. Morale is a bit low.

      If this wasn't mandatory, then I would have left this blank because there are no pros working here.

      Cons

      The CEO likes to threaten people saying that he has the best law attorneys that money can buy. They make rules up as they go so there's no use of an employee handbook as they do not adhere by it.
