Connected with customers and enjoyed working with my team at my branch

Felt like the branch manager got paid a whole lot more compared to the assistant manager who did a whole lot more overseeing the branch. I could actually do every single job from lending to the teller line and felt like the manager could/didn’t do it all but yet got the big bucks.
