Pros
Never micro managed, you were able to work your own schedule. If you pushed hard early upfront and worked later and came in earlier you had the abilities to leave a bit early as needed.
Cons
Unless your in a top priority neighborhood the vendors you're stuck with are trash and can drop the ball on ordering materials needed for months.
