Things started off GREAT. They showed culture, value in the members and employees, communication was not transactional. The benefits packages are inclusive and cover quite a bit. The option to work from home 2 days a week was awesome.
Cons
Abrupt changes killed the energy entirely, management taking lower level employee ideas and making it their own without recognition was a knife in the back.

I worked here for two years, the Pay scale was so low you had to work two jobs if you’re a single person. They have the customer service representatives doing sales, and then find ways to not give sales bonuses because your customer service levels aren’t high enough. I had worked in customer service for eight years and I’m still in customer service at another institution and never have I seen such ridiculous rules. If you have to send a request to another department and they call them back your first call resolution is crap. And remember this is a sales team so they pay you so little and work really hard to not give you a bonus. I talked to a Work coworker who stated that now they don’t get their quarterly bonuses because they have to be at 110% of First call resolution to get the quarterly sales. Bonus makes zero sense.
