      Good hours/pay, big caseload, opportunities for growth

      Cons

      Poor management. The management do not have a lot of experience in resolving conflicts. They seem to push out the employees they do not like and some employees seem to get preferential treatment over others. Overall not a pleasant place to work, lots of miscommunication.
