Pros
Teams of high-performing and motivated people, profitable compared to other solar manufacturers, differentiated and high quality technology.
Cons
Frequent changes in strategy (required for survival in a commodity market) can be disruptive for some staff. Solar is a highly competitive business/industry and pressure on price is relentless. Technology also has cons (primarily lower efficiency, at least right now) so despite a fantastic R&D roadmap success is not guaranteed.
