I’m going on almost my seventh year at First Security Service as a Security Guard. There’s a reason why I’ve been with the company for a while - great working environment, colleagues who I respect and have become friends with over the years, and competitive salary. Since I’ve been with the company I’ve seen it grow. Still I’ve found that First Security Service continues to realize the importance of their employees and their work.
Cons
More company events where employees can participate in charitable causes would be really great.
