Whether it be this bank or any service business, the business directs the hours of operation and schedules needed that the business feels is best for their operation. If the business hours and schedules do not match the needs of the individual, it's not the responsibility of the business to make changes to accommodate the individuals - that's just not realistic. In that case, the individual needs to seek employment at a busness that does offer work hours and a schedule that best fits their needs. In addition, your comment under cons about the customers being 90% senior citizens is truly disheartening and disappointing. We believe that most of our employees respect our customers no matter what their demographic. This clearly just wasn't the opportunity for you, and we trust you have found something that better suits your needs.
