Pros

Great culture to be in, lots of training given and can be tailored to you to get the best from you. A company who genuinely cares for their staff and customers.

Cons

Not a huge negative but theres a lot to learn so it does take time so enjoy the process, don't feel like you have to know everything immediately.

Pros

The role offered exposure to account management and customer interaction, and there is potential to develop communication skills in a fast-paced environmen

Cons

My experience during my probation period was extremely difficult and ultimately had a long-term impact on my confidence in working within similar roles. Expectations and performance feedback were not clearly communicated from the outset, particularly around probation status and structured training. Formal feedback on performance appeared to be introduced without prior clarity that I was under a formal probation review process, which created significant uncertainty. During this time, I was also pregnant and experiencing health-related challenges, including sickness and medical appointments. I did not feel there was adequate understanding or flexibility shown in relation to this, despite providing appropriate medical documentation. At one point, I was placed under significant pressure based on a single call, with what felt like an ultimatum regarding my employment while still in training. This created a highly stressful working environment early on in my role. Communication around sickness absence and expectations was also inconsistent at times, which added to the pressure during an already vulnerable period.
