Pros
Minimum bureaucracy. Career prospects can be good if you are aligned with right people. CEO gets things done - strategic, long term thinker.
Cons
HR not respected at senior levels - viewed as heartless. Many experience "from hero to zero" during their tenure. Compensation is good but you give up your life - be prepared to work (long rotations in difficult conditions). Onsite living conditions are not conducive to health & well being and it is not a priority.
