      Pros

      It was a great company to grow with over 22 years. Worked with some of the best technology.

      Cons

      Outsourced me and some other IT team, in my case I'm pretty sure it was age discrimination. They always pick bad CIO's and the current one is the worse. Owners are no longer involved and the business is suffering.
