First Quality is a great company to work at. They put a lot of pride in the quality of their products, customers, and employees. They offer a lot of training and there are a lot of opportunities for growth within the company. They are continually investing to make it a safer place to work and to make products better.
Cons
The plant runs 24/7 so you might get some phone calls at night or on weekends but it is minimal and not really cumbersome at all.
