If you want to get mentally strong - reach at a stage in life where no emotions, words will affect you anymore, you can join this company because chances are that you will get insulted day in and day out

- No respect towards employees - The co-founder of this company may be intelligent enough, but certainly does not have the right attitude towards the employees. The co-founders have an habbit of insulting their employees on every small occasion and to add to the misery they have an habbit of insulting them in front of the other employees. And this would be relevant even if you have worked there for a long time and even worked late till night or the entire night for them - No work life balance - Its a 6 days working company - all days full day. You might even need to come down on Sunday if you have something to finish urgently - Delays in salary - The company does not have enough funds to pay to its employees and there is a delay in salary. Sometimes you wont even receive your salary for a particular month and may get in directly in the next month
