Nice Work Environment - Anonymous employee First Quadrant Employee Review

I started working here last year. My experience has been that everyone is very accessible and welcoming. It has been a completely drama-free and professional environment. It is nice working with a lot of smart people and the benefits are great. The hiring process has been revamped and the HR department has brought on new people and processes the improve the work culture here. There seems to be a real effort toward making sure that the work environment is positive and open.
