Pros
- training opportunities - great colleagues - team leads and managers are willing to step in if the client is being rude - good career opportunities if you manage to survive the first 2 years and management likes you
Cons
- low pay and never received a raise - long hours - too many clients/projects and not enough account managers to handle them. It gets insanely busy for monthly reports, quarterly reviews for all 15-25 clients - project management software SENTR is not user friendly, glitches, slow. Everything you’re working on has to be submitted into the portal, pain to enter and log all your tasks. - KPI’s are strict and unachievable - calculations for commission are complicated and fluctuate - manager and owner discourage sick leave unless we’re critically ill to be admitted into hospital - high stress - no WFH during Covid - High turnover (people quitting every 1-2 months)
