Depending on where you work in the organization - your experience may be great, or it may be stressful and without much appreciation. You do get to work to advocate and advance First Nations education. Employees are promoted within the organization.

There is so much potential within the organization. The expectations are high, and you may or may not have adequate support from your department head to continue to grow your skill set. There is a high-turn over of staff, especially of Indigenous employees and newcomers to Canada. If you work for the company, expect to gain some skills and experience, and not to stay for more than three years.

1. Free giveaways, using the tax payers money you can get a free IPad at events. 2. High turnover rate, if you are desperate for a job, just wait a month. 3. I am in the process of reporting them.

1. Cutthroat work environment, do not trust your managers, they will cut you down to get a promotion at any point. I agree with the other person who said they wear masks. 2. Poor cohesion between teams, since everyone is cutting each other down to get higher. 3. Everyone will seem nice until you are hired, then you will understand the real work culture. 4. I have worked at 3+ jobs in my life, including fast food. This was significantly worse than any of them, you are barely treated like a human.
