Pros
Pros - [ ] HR are doing their best to make working environment better for everyone. They listen. - [ ] Remote working depending on your working situation. - [ ] Great compensation if you know your worth. - [ ] There’s always room for growth. They will work something with you if you truly want a specific role. - [ ] People are freakin amazing. - [ ] They have great benefits: 401 k and health insurance
Cons
- [ ] If you have a family, they’re not covered - you have to pay extra (quite expensive) - [ ] As a production company, they’re not in a proper place. The office isn’t well ventilated. It’s quite hard for sets to be set up. Prepping for crafts (e.g. spray painting) is a constant struggle. - [ ] The office building isn’t at its l best shape. Security is quite questionable also.
