Pros
Being able to lean on colleagues - my friendships are the only reason I stayed as long as I did Catered lunches on Fridays, beer fridge, occasional snacks
Cons
Being forced to work in person for a job that can be fully completed from home in the middle of a pandemic Feeling very disconnected from management Extremely micromanaged, having to announce to your peers/supervisors when you take a bathroom break Constantly changing process, never an "easy day" Sleazy - Having to lie to our customers/appraisers about service/tech fees. Condescending HR management, "we will take that into consideration" with zero follow through.
