Location, I relocated back home to Texas in 2020. I have not found a company in Dallas that has the same employee centric culture of FFNM. I wish I was still there.
When working for a good manager, the job is fantastic. When trust is given that employees are working hard, the lack of micromanagement alleviates the anxiety of day to day politics within the workplace.
Cons
Each department has different management styles. I’ve worked in multiple departments within ffcu that are bad with micromanagement, over the top punishment for simple things like having to call in sick, and favoritism.
