This is an amazing place to work! The company's leadership uses their high EQ skills to foster a collaborative culture where every team member’s perspective is heard and valued. I had the opportunity to take on real work here and felt truly appreciated by the team. Team members were very easy to work with and took extra time to explain unfamiliar concepts. The product is cutting-edge technology for an industry highly susceptible to disruption, and the team is always at the forefront of handling any potential obstacles or capitalizing on opportunities for growth. First encourages employees to engage with business areas outside their typical workflow, allowing everyone to have an active role in the company's growth. The company strikes a great balance between providing exciting, motivating work and respecting employees' flexibility needs. This strong woman-founded and women-led company is a great place for anyone working in tech, legal tech, or beyond!

Collaborative, smart, and fast-paced team. We discuss and make decisions quickly and actively solicit feedback from our customers, which is very different than my prior tech company work experiences. Grateful for the flexibility on our hybrid team and focus on getting better and making new things every day. It is awesome to work with people at different stages in their career including other parents of young kids.

Our team is small and nimble, with everyone jumping in to support our continued growth. This intensity may not be the right fit for everyone.
