When you need to get help from a “higher up” there is nobody to help except the franchisee. Regis isn’t responsible for personnel matters within the salon. Im my case our manager is the owner and she is extremely unprofessional and told me not to talk to my coworkers about the business of the salon, to only talk about our family or clients and if they tell me negative things about the management then I was told to not listen to them because they have been with the company since before it was purchased to become a franchise. What is she trying to hide from me? From what I can gather it seems like her employees who have been working there before the change of ownership are unhappy under her management and preferred when the company was still corporate management, with managers and district leaders and regional leaders who you could trust and communicate with when necessary
