Cons
1. Since the old franchise owner passed away, the business was inherited by those who don't really care about the business. 2. Inflexible scheduling unless you get the good manager. 3. The free education offered is one class every year or two. 4. They do their best never to give more than 32.5 hours a week, and you're senf home if it's slow without a choice. 5. Being walk-in only, you can't rebook your clients to build your clientelle. 6. The company values quantity over quality, and it definitely shows in some stylists. 7. Some stylists are mediocre at best, and then get promoted despite many of their clients coming back for re-cuts. 6. No room for career growth. This is where you work if you're bored during your retirement
