Room to move up with the company, great benefits, discounts, ,competitive pay,,great source of knowledge +++

Cons

Not many cons that i can talk about at least for me,,,, lots of tasking and not enough time to complete between customer in regular business hours.

fun and varying work day, lots of down time, generous breaks, discounts.

Cons

district and regional leadership often some of the worst people depending on your district, lots of incompetent coworkers and managers.
